GENERAL INFORMATION
Yes, all prices are GST inclusive.

Small items (smaller accessories):
$25 flat rate

Medium items (stool, chairs, and larger accessories):
$40 flat rate (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, ACT)
$70 flat rate (WA, NT, TAS)

Large items (desk sets, frame and tops):
$95 flat rate (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, ACT)
$175 flat rate (WA, NT, TAS)

ORDER INFORMATION
Most order are to be processed and dispatched with 1-2 days, or 7-10 days for built to order desks. For urgent orders, please contact us and we can organised same day courier if you are in Melbourne.

RETURN POLICY INFORMATION
Products sold by Adjustable Desk Australia Pty Ltd are supported by our Standard Return Policy unless otherwise stated. Merchandise under our Standard Return Policy will not be refunded after 14 days from the day of order is received or pick-up. Damaged or defective products can be refund or exchange under company approval.
To upload digital photos of the damaged goods will assist us with a faster exchange/ refund process.
It takes us approximately 2 business days to process a credit back to your bank account and 2-3 business day for it to appear on your statement.
