Do all prices include GST?

Yes, all prices are GST inclusive.

How much does postage cost?

Small items (smaller accessories):
$25 flat rate

Medium items (stool, chairs, and larger accessories):
$40 flat rate (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, ACT)
$70 flat rate (WA, NT, TAS)

Large items (desk sets, frame and tops):
$95 flat rate (VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, ACT)
$175 flat rate (WA, NT, TAS)

ORDER INFORMATION

How long will it take to process my order?

Most order are to be processed and dispatched with 1-2 days, or 7-10 days for built to order desks. For urgent orders, please contact us and we can organised same day courier if you are in Melbourne.

How do I place an order?

We accept orders via our online store, email, phone, fax or order in person. We will require you to provide your details such as name, address, email address, and payment options. Please make sure you provide correct phone number and email address when you place the order.

How can I track my order?

Can you ship internationally?

Sorry, we only ship within Australia.

How do I cancel my order?

What payment methods does Adjustable Desk Australia accept?

We accept online/phone VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Direct Deposit.

Is there any surcharge for credit card payment?

No! We don’t take any surcharge for any credit card payment, we believe this is part of Adjustable Desks Australia customer service.

How long does Internet Banking take to clear?

It may take up to 2-3 business days to clear the funds.

Do I need to send a receipt once the direct deposit has been made?

Yes, we recommend you to do this. This will help us to allocate your payment and release the order faster.

RETURN POLICY INFORMATION

Is there a standard return policy for Adjustable Desk Australia products?

Products sold by Adjustable Desk Australia Pty Ltd are supported by our Standard Return Policy unless otherwise stated. Merchandise under our Standard Return Policy will not be refunded after 14 days from the day of order is received or pick-up. Damaged or defective products can be refund or exchange under company approval.

Why do I need to send Adjustable Desk Australia photo of the damaged product?

To upload digital photos of the damaged goods will assist us with a faster exchange/ refund process.

Approximately how long will it be before a refund / credit actually appears on my bank account?

It takes us approximately 2 business days to process a credit back to your bank account and 2-3 business day for it to appear on your statement.
